My own personal review of Bodylastics Workout Bands
After self-researching the Bodylastics Resistance Bands Kit, I personally couldn't resist it anymore so I purchased it!
I must say that it is well worth the tiny investment! I have to say I really like it.
Bodylastics is now one of my favorite pieces of exercise equipment. I just really enjoy the full body workout that it easily provides.
I have set it up in my bedroom and have the stereo blasting while I workout. I also purchased the accompanying workout videos too and followed along with them until I was comfortable to do it completely by myself.
I totally recommend Bodylastics, especially as it provides an intense, feel-good workout while quite affordable.
